Colin Lee is an international speaker and an expert in helping young talent discover their inspiration and passion in life. He is a leading authority on personal and professional development for Generation Y and Z in Australia and abroad. Colin dedicates his life to empower young people and help them build on their dreams. In late 2004, he set up his own company, Shift International, which inspires young people to empower themselves through fun-shops, podium discussions and keynotes.

Colin is engaging, empowering and inspired with experience gained from more than a decade of leading, developing and speaking to more than 50,000 young people from across schools, universities, organisations, companies and in the Australian public sector including work with the NSW Dept of Education. With over eight years of experience in personal and professional development, Colin has delivered speeches, trained and coached people in the areas of leadership, employment skills, presentation skills, study skills, self motivation, financial management and entrepreneurship. He has appeared on several radio and TV programs and is respected for his insight on youth development. He is also the author of many magazine articles on youth related challenges.
